Terms and conditions of sale

1. Who sells

These terms govern purchases made in the shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

2. Scope

We sell to consumers, with delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Products

We sell padel and training accessories: ball pressurisers (manual and automatic), a recording kit with a phone holder for the court glass and training gloves. We show photographs and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences may occur due to your screen.

4. Purchase process

  • You add the products to the basket.
  • You provide your details and delivery address.
  • You choose your payment method and review the order summary.
  • You confirm using the payment button.

You can correct errors before paying. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is considered concluded when we send you that confirmation. We may cancel an order due to lack of availability or an obvious pricing error, and we will refund what you paid. The contract is concluded in Spanish.

5. Prices

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery is added separately and shown before payment: 3,95 € for orders below 39 € and free from 39 €. Import taxes and duties are paid by the shop, so you will not pay anything extra when receiving your order. The applicable price is the one in force when you place the order.

6. Payment

You pay through Shopify Payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Your card details are managed by the payment provider. We do not see or store them.

7. Delivery

The estimated delivery time is between 7 and 15 working days. Orders are shipped from a supplier’s warehouse outside the EU. We will deliver within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the contract, unless otherwise agreed. Details are in the shipping policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Return costs are your responsibility. We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days from receiving your notification, and may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of its dispatch. The procedure, legal exceptions and model form are in the returns policy.

9. Statutory guarantee

Products have a statutory conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery. If the product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement, at your choice, unless one option is impossible or disproportionate.
  • A price reduction.
  • Termination of the contract, where applicable under the law.

To make a claim, write to us at valdavid13@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem, with photos if you can. The guarantee does not cover damage from improper use or normal wear and tear. This does not limit your statutory rights.

10. Liability

We are responsible for lack of conformity of products and for damage for which the law holds us liable. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure, or for use of products contrary to their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, write to us first at valdavid13@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it. As a consumer, you may approach the Consumer Arbitration Boards and the courts of your place of residence.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you reside in Spain as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence continue to apply.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Your order is subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.
