We explain which data we process, why and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Which data we process

  • Order data: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number if provided, and products purchased.
  • The recipient's DNI or NIE (Spanish ID number), which we ask for when you place your order because customs requires it to deliver parcels coming from outside the European Union. We use it only for shipping.
  • Billing and transaction data. Shopify Payments manages your card details. We do not store them.
  • Email address from the "Notify me about the launch" form, if you complete it.
  • Browsing data collected through cookies, depending on what you accept.
  • The messages you send us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Managing your order, payment, delivery and after-sales support (returns, guarantee). Basis: performance of the contract.
  • Providing the recipient's DNI or NIE to the logistics provider, the carrier and customs to clear and deliver the shipment. Basis: performance of the contract and compliance with customs regulations.
  • Meeting invoicing, accounting and tax obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
  • Sending you notifications and newsletters about the launch and news. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Analytics and marketing through non-essential cookies. Basis: your consent.
  • Handling enquiries and complaints. Basis: performance of the contract or legitimate interest in responding to you.

4. How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice data: for the period required by law. We retain commercial documentation for 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code) and observe the tax retention period of 4 years.
  • Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
  • Enquiries: for the time needed to resolve them and then restricted from use for the statutory periods applicable to potential liabilities.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with those who need it to provide the service:

  • Shopify, which provides our shop platform and manages payments through Shopify Payments.
  • TeemDrop, our logistics provider, which receives your name, your delivery address and the recipient's DNI or NIE to prepare, clear through customs and dispatch your order.
  • The carriers delivering your order.
  • Public administrations and authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers, such as Shopify or the logistics provider, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, these transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions of the European Commission.

6. Cookies

We use Shopify's essential cookies, which are necessary for the shop to function (cart, session, security). Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only if you accept them in Shopify's cookie banner. You can change your decision at any time through that banner or your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at hola@puntopresion.com specifying the right you wish to exercise and, if necessary, providing proof of your identity. We respond within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely infallible, but we work only with providers that offer security safeguards.

9. Minors

The shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly process minors' data.

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version here with its date.
